First held in 1823, the Sydney Royal Easter Show is an annual show celebrating Australian Culture held in Sydney over two weeks during the Easter period. Come and meet some of the tens of thousands of animals present, sample all kinds of food, enjoy the fireworks, have fun on the hair-raising rides and enjoy giggles with the kids at the carnival. The show starts on April 2nd and the final day is the 13th April. Your ticket includes return public transport fares so book your room with Sydney Lodges and catch public transport to the Showgrounds! |

My best memory in Sydney was walking along the harbour at sunset, seeing the Opera House and Harbour Bridge glowing in the evening light—it was unforgettable.
